I serve it family style. Slice it into thin pieces, lay it out and my wife and I will pick at it with a bowl of rice and a platter of small cut veggies - chopsticks.

It works out nicely. Satisfying, less expensive, easier to digest, all that stuff.
Plus you usually have leftovers that haven't been on someones plate! I serve our steaks this way too.
