Of course they are. I spend an indordinate amount of time in my cars, and when I do, I listen to a lot of customer recordings, examples of sound they're looking for, etc. My job
is audio frequencies and ranges. I can't do my job very well if I'm listening to audio missing so many frequencies it sounds like there's a blanket over every speaker, not allowing me to hear frequency spikes in samples, etc. That's part of why why I use studio monitors for my PC audio.
