This reminds me of the guy in Florida that was selling places in line for the higher end Porsches, like GT3 RS's, GT2 RS's, and the like. Unlike this Ferrari guy, he didn't actually have any rights to those slots, so folks buying a place (or a better place) in line didn't actually get anything. At least this Ferrari guy could deliver, so in actuality he was not stealing from anyone but the tax man. Those who bargained with him got what they paid for. Can't say the same for the Porsche scammer.
