That 3.5 V6 sounds a lot like the engine in my Sienna. And I'm too lazy to look it up. I'm getting 19MPG on the FWD Sienna, which I assume, although is FWD, is heavier than a Highlander. But we do more city than freeway so, literally, YMMV.
