This was their CEO. Not just some executive level or less employee making a quick buck. That some pretty high up shenanigans at the top of the food chain.
Did they not pay him enough? I imagine a Ferrari ceo making lot of money and getting a lot of benefits.
Maybe it was all those $10,000 Italian suits that forced him to try and earn some side money. They said it was done over a two year period. That’s a pretty good side gig in my book.
The thing is the idiot got away with it. He just tried to hide it from the IRS. Jeez, hes Italian, doesn’t he realize that’s how a lot of the Italian mobsters went down. Tax evasion, not criminal activities will get you every time.
