Thank you for the information.

When I took my bumperettes off the steel bolts in them had expanded/rust and made the hole in the aluminum bumper irregular and enlarged.

I cleaned and then filled the hole with an epoxy faux metal in a small cylindrical container, similar to the below.

I think there might be better ways to do it, so thought I would ask.

I do like your wheel flares, not standard SC and would keep them.
