This is mostly going to be a rain maker, but "Beta" is slated to basically follow the path that Harvey did 3 years ago. Hopefully it will stay a CAT 1.
The "cone of uncertainty" is massive. The steering currents are extremely weak. This could be another storm that sits, spins and dumps water.
