Don't give up the Weber. If it burns charcoal, it will cook tastier food than the DCS. Neither is good for BBQ, that requires a smoker.
Not trying to burst your bubble, just pointing out something you ought to look into before cooking your first ribeye or chicken thigh.
I've seen lots of commercials for anti-flare-up products, just haven't looked into them as they relate to this particular style of grill.
