Got a peck of really late peaches from the farmers market.. They were turning fast..
So I made some peach jam...
With Bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of chili to wake things up a bit.. a few more jars were boiling away..it was a little over 2# when skinned and pitted
