Mine was stuck because the ball end had grooves worn into it due to grit and lack of lube. After you pop it off, inspect the ball end and make sure it doesnt have any sharp edges on it. I took the whole bellcrank off and polished the ball a bit on a buffing wheel, reinstalled, cleaned and relubed the joint, reinstalled the lock wire on the socket end and its been good as new.
