I replaced the whole unit as well since I wanted options for lighting and I like a lot of light for clearing snow. The fixtures aren't expensive and the bulbs are 2650lm each.
Then again, I have two 10000lm shop lights above the bench and the other hanging lights are 3600lm per unit.
