If I recall Wild Kingdom came on at 6:30 PM Sunday and when we were still pretty young we'd follow that with Wonderful World of Disney at 7:00.
Marlin Perkins would hang back in the studio and his commentary would be something like: "Let's watch Jim wrestle with that angry Croc".
