Not sure, but NewEgg is simply a host for multiple re-sellers (ala Amazon).
As such, if it's not a factory-new unit, you are rolling the dice with what you are getting, unless the refub seller specfically states which cells they are using to rebuild the packs.
So, I'd go with a seller/company that is upfront about which cells they use, and preferably one that also offers a decent warranty on their packs.
Here are a couple refurb suppliers that use genuine Samsung cells, with a 2-year warranty:

You can either go standard, or extended capacity if you don't mind a "hump" protruding from the bottom.
