When I installed the new motor in her car I decided to reuse the existing clutch because it still looked new. I should have just replaced it then. I was never happy with the clutch pedal feel. Too stiff! The return spring is fine. So new clutch today. I pulled the transmission out this morning. Pulled the clutch off and inspected the flywheel. It is making a weird tick noise when I move it back and forth. I have not had one do that before. New flywheel.....Check! I started looking around for other things that might be needed while I am waiting for my parts. Looks like my transmission mount is cracking. In for a penny in for a pound.
I'm going to do an oil filter service too while I'm at it.
