The first oil change i did on our 2011 Touareg TDI i got the oil drained and the filter changed and read the owners manual for half an hour trying to find how much oil it takes.......nada.
They don't say anywhere in the 300+ pages and of course there is no dip stick.
They want you to go to the dealer apparently.
