Not a mini, but I bought the XR250 below new in 1984 when I was stationed in San Diego.
Sold it five years ago after my hip was replaced and the doc recommended I not dirt bike anymore. What he really said was I'd be a f#$@!ing idiot if I didn't stop riding.
Sad day.
