I’m Wil, from NJ and I’ve never had a real brat.

I think this needs fixing before the weather turns. Or does it taste better if I grill them with my snowmobile suit on?

This seems so simple, there has to be more to it? Any more details?

Whats an appropriate beer? How long am I cooking them? A roiling boil or a simmer?

What kind of bread, what else goes with them or on them?
