Rode up on what used to be a R6 on Palomar Mountain. We all stopped (me standing on the right) to make sure there was no rider in the bushes hanging onto life. The yellow sticker was dated the day prior, why the wreck was still there a mystery as other folks are at risk checking for the same reason as us. No idea what the outcome was for the rider, but the bike hit the k rail and ended up 50 feet down stream. The front wheel tells the story.
Been riding a bit with a work peer and his BMW GS group. Older guys who are helping me get back my form. This was at the start of Highland Valley Road last month.
