The relay under the seat, when bad, acts like a faulty WUR.
The fix is minimal and available at the local auto store.
Once replaced, if it works, you win. If not you didn’t bite the bullet for a replacement WUR that still doesn’t work.
Another thought is track your Llambda From the battery through the system
