For example, suppose Sally rents the place every Wed from 10 am to 12 noon to teach her yoga class. We're not too worried about a bunch of yoga ladies trashing the building, and we'd have a deposit from her, so we'd let her use the building without supervision. Ideally, we'd give her a keycode or fob and we'd program it to let her in the building on Wed from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, but not other times.
