I have spent thousands of hours in that exact neighborhood.
Eddie Snow whom I have known for almost 30 years, (who used to own over a hundred "Eddies Liquor" stores throughout LA County) has a "flagship" store (worldclass bullet resistant glass and shotgun port) just south of that photo ( 1 minute drive ) on the northwest corner of Artesia and Butler.
Happy to see Northtown represented as a typical SoCal Scenic Spot.
