I have friends who did that as well but we do not talk about it much if you know what I mean! This was stopped for the most part later on during 'Nam when they started really searching the personal shipments looking for drugs.
Something about a full rock and roll AK that warms my heart but also really pisses off the neighbours! Wish I had one but also glad at times am very glad that I do not! I have a good friend with a class 3 license and a full rock and roll 9mm Sten. Nice to play with when life and work gets difficult and one needs to blow off steam!
