$75k is the affordable model...lol. I know Tesla has found success with luxury electric cars but I have to think the ultimate market is fairly small and getting crowded. Electric cars are still a niche product by volume and with gas being cheap, they likely won’t make any serious inroads. I think an electric truck sounds awesome, instant torque would be great for towing. But I still don’t think the battery and charging technology are there for these to be a realistic alternative to ICE.
