I had the same problems trying to get a key cut, no one would do it. They really aren't suppose to cut steel keys on those machines so the trick is finding someone who doesn't know that! I finally got it done at a Mall Kiosk by some girl who looked like she really didn't know what she was doing! But hey it works!
