The white haired old lady is is an archetype of the wise old feminine aspect of your personality or perception there of.. it could represent a woman in your life that has some wisdom that uncovered something about you that you don't want discovered or found out about at some level. . The same with the maintenance man.. So you are in the closet about something..that you don't want found out..the question becomes why are you hiding..
The old lady is the counter part to the wise old man..
