"Paconi’s frame builder Kevin Wigum was one of the only persons in Australia licenced by Reynolds to use and silver braze their 753 tubing which began its life as an experimental tubeset that proved to have excellent properties and would go on to be used in Raleigh’s Tour De France team bikes.
