We tell everyong to use their personal network drive if it is confidential or their department group drive to share. Nothing else gets backed up. Then they get mad when their unit crashes and we go back to factory on it.
I don' t give out my home email even though they want it for our time clock stuff. I said it makes no sense to send it to my home email if it is work related because I don't check the home email. I someone submits for time off why wouldn't they want that to go to my work email right away?
All the executive team has my cell phone because I do not have a work cell phone.
