they "lost" the 66" snow blade for my quad that was one of three boxes the entire unit came in. they were all tracking together until they got to the hub 80 miles from me and then seemed to have been split up. the other two boxes arrived on consecutive days, and had it not been for the seller who opened a can of whoop ass on them after it was declared lost I may have never gotten it. ended up they delivered it to the casino 4 miles down the road from me where it sat for about 5 days before they finally contacted FE about it. worst part was FE had the info on where it was dropped due to the entry in the hand help deal they use, but would not pick it back up until the vendor and the casino contacted them

i cringe every time i get the news from amazon the seller is using FE. stuff will sit at the hub for a week with it saying "out on truck for delivery", only to say at day's end "no pending delivery date at this time". ive gotten to the point i will call vendors prior to making an online purchase if i can to find out who they ship with. if it's FE i say thanks but no thanks. if they confirm it will be any other shipper i will proceed with the online purchase.
FE can go to the fiery pits of hell/
