Have done two trips to Austria. Innsbruck is well set up for getting to & from ski areas via bus. Train to St. Anton is also an option if not interested in a longish bus ride.
First trip was good other than a lot of ice patches, especially at Axamer Lizum. St. Anton and Stubai Glacier were teats. Fresh took care of the ice patches about day 3.
2nd trip was later in the season and everything but St. Anton and Stubai were closed. Snow sucked and it was PACKED. Lots of pushing and shoving in lift lines and people pushing over your tips in line to get ahead.
A good bucket list check off, for sure. Glad I did it. That said, I likely won't do it again as the snow here in North America is much better IMHO and there are a lot of options if you want to find good snow and a mountain that fits your style and ability level.
