You and I both. I do know this, there are some very strong 50 year old out there. Guys that rode and raced when I was in my late teens are still doing the same damn ride putting many weekday miles who are in their early 60s. We have a track rider, sprinter, state champ from my days. This old bastard is now 58 and he still look extremely fit, muscular legs and upper body just like a sprinter should. He can put down the hurt on the youngsters.
Gotta keep it up with the riding
We have endless miles of mountains. We can go 25+ all up into the mountain and back down. The skinny punks give us a smack in the back of the head all day long.
