A guy working in an auto parts store is prolly not "highly compensated".
Shouldn't be to hard to find another job unless it's a small town.
But ... maybe he should find something other than working with the public in a retail setting.
Throwing an alternator through a window is not rational or reasonable and IMO, he needs professional intervention.
Or maybe he can get a job at the mighty-mart:
