I agree, sort of: I find the Supra hideous but they aren't designing it for me...I am sure the Toyota marketing folks are spending time trying to figure it out.

However, I do not know a single person in my children's wide range of friends that drives a sports car: A few four door sports sedan's (oxymoron alert) but not a single two seater in the bunch.

Lots of small SUVs, Jeeps, trucks and, more trucks

It is a lifestyle thing: They are all active, some married with children, others with big hobbies and love the utility of small SUVs and trucks. That and many just aren't into cars at all.
