Yes. Top switch is pumps, bottom button is for CSV.
And before I get a bunch of "you're going to get burnt alive because the pumps won't shut off when you roll it", the original air meter contact sw is disconnected and replaced with an inertia sw in the engine compartment. This eliminates the air meter contacts and the stupid red relay. I also replaced the original round pump relays in the fuse box with modern Hella's.
