I did a three day chainsaw course covering use, safety and minor maintenance. We used Stihl MS 250 chainsaws. What a great machine! Not too noisy compared with some other Stihls I've heard.
To summarize the safety side of the course into one paragraph. Hold the front handle by the left side and stand to the left of the chainsaw. Don't be looking down at the chain. This is so when it kicks back (I know yours never kicks back
) it goes over your right shoulder not in your face.
