my fake tooth goes in January when my dental insurance turns over a new year. while i hope and pray i NEVER have to do that again, i do have to admit, it was a cakewalk. inconvenient?..yes. painful? no.

on the shiny side of this coin, i have improved my oral hygiene to damn near OCD levels. i am not losing another one without a fight! i floss twice a day, and i irrigate like madness. lesson learned.

I often eat an apple after eating "regular" food/meals. The apple scrubs out gunk that's stuck in nooks and crannies, then I floss to get rid of the apple bits. Keeps the chompers clean and keeps the plumbing flowing due to all of the fiber.
