i got lucky. my wife signed me up for her work's insurance as well. so i was double covered.
so far, i am of pocket $700. i think that will be it. the only thing not covered was the 3D imaging scan. "don't worry, i got this" i felt like exact measurements of my jaw was a GOOD thing.
