I had woodpeckers pecking away at my wood siding several years ago and a buddy of mine who is a Forester suggested I hang up PIE PANS along the outer wall. The light reflection, movement and noise kept them away. Simply, buy cheap aluminum pie pans (Dollar Store), attach a string and keep them help up with a tack or small nail......................IT WORKS!
