Table saws and radial arm saws make me nervous. The sound they made starting when I was young freaked me out as my dad used them.

The closest I came to self harm was when I was standing on a 2x4 wall and cutting a top plate with the saw going down or coming towards me. The blade went through my boot and between my two big toes on right foot. Only afterwards did I realize how close I came to cutting them off. Dumb lucked saved me that day.
