The whole thing is very stressful especially if you live in the house. I tell my clients that often and suggest if its within their budget, move if the whole thing is being gutted but the bedrooms or the bath. On a job requiring the whole roof to come off jsut to pitched it, its a big mess. Give it some thought on the interior walls and see if they need to be moved for better flow, larger baths or kitchen. Its only money, Cliff. Hey, look at it this way, you can do the engineering calc to save some bucks. |
