Yes I think location is going to be a the biggest factor for sure as pictures and videos only go so far . Probably best to list on pelican since I am in no rush. If a central Canadian buyer comes along its easy to ship and I don't mind delivering to a shipper at the US border at Maine- New Brunswick.
