Gotcha & thanks, was installing the speakers and wiring them up before reinstalling the glass. That's when I realized that whatever screws/bolts into those two holes helps prop up and support the parcel shelf so that it doesn't sag or angle too much towards the seats. The speakers should actually be sitting a bit more horizontal than they currently are.
