Next time, try to saute some garlic in virgin olive oil till garlic is melted then pour over the angle hair. Sprinkle some black pepper. Great spicy taste. My mom would do that sometimes and she called it pour man's sauce. Be careful with how many garlic cloves. You don't want it to be too overly garlic taste.
