Try some pneumatic cylinder oil. It's a bit more viscous than motor oil, and has various agents in it that are meant to help the seals seal. I revived a buddy's old Sheridan that would not pump up with the afore mentioned "secret sauce" from MAC 1, which is no more than pneumatic cylinder oil.
