Do you still have your old thermotime valve? I would be interested to have it for my tests and give you something in return. I had some luck rebuilding them as long as all the internal parts are good.
A fellow Pelicanparts member gave me 3 small bags of o-rings containing 100 pcs. per bag (total = 300 pcs) a while back and never had a chance to use them until working with the thermotime valve. Below is the refurbished
TTV under vacuum.
