I find myself living with an engaging and active Black Mouth Cur.

As a working dog, I want to give him mental and physical stimulus to keep him from going nuts.

Here is a game I created.

It’s called “find it.”

Every morning, I put him in a sit/stay. I load a food bowl (or two) and hide them. Then I release him and he has to work for his meal. He loves it so much that he refuses to eat unless I hide it.

He is so good that I now have to plant decoys, drop distractions and think how I can outthink him!
