So...if Ford is watching you while you drive to see if you're sleeping, or texting, or ignoring the road, that's invasion of privacy.
When I look over from the next lane into your window to see if you're sleeping, or texting, or ignoring the road, is THAT invasion of privacy? What if I'm looking in your window while you text and swerve over into the same space that my car is currently filling, who's invasion of privacy is worse?
