When I look over from the next lane into your window to see if you're sleeping, or texting, or ignoring the road, is THAT invasion of privacy? What if I'm looking in your window while you text and swerve over into the same space that my car is currently filling, who's invasion of privacy is worse?

what if while you're looking over at him not looking at you, you naturally swerve over into him because it's natural to steer where you're looking. Is that invasion of privacy and space?
