Our host has new cats in the catalog, however they're stamped "not CARB or EPA certified for use in California" or somesuch. I used one anyway & passed California inspection easily. It appears to be a Toyota or Nissan cat with P-Car flanges welded on each end, and a proper bung for the O2 sensor. Pretty sloppy workmanship (welding) but it fits nicely & works well. Pricy at $700, but cheaper in the long run than buying used and finding it still won't pass smog.
