I know my wife will never pull that trick. Our furniture is mostly her antiques, and a few pieces we (she)bought to fit this house. I can't care less about the furniture or the decor. One reason we moved into this house was to have room for her to get more antiques. That space is full now and she has stopped antique shopping for now.
Most of my clothes are hanging in the closet. I am allowed just two drawers in the master bedroom and that is for socks and underwear and my shorts. Everything else is in the closet. The good news is the closet is enormous. Walk in 8 feet, turn left and go another 14 feet or so.
The garage is MINE to decorate, and I allow her to park her car in there in the middle bay.
