You’re absolutely right, this is something that I should keep in mind; the hassle alone is worth what I paid. With the time spent going back and fourth with these people you would think indeed I would get some sort of apology not a counseling from their sales representative.
They need some sort of internal training on one their customer service skills and two their lack of internal communication. As I told them already it’s as though the left hand knows not what the right hand is doing or has no control over it.
